• Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather or lightning, all outdoor attractions will be temporarily suspended for guest safety. Refunds are not issued for weather disruptions.
• Swimwear Policy: Guests must wear appropriate swimwear (swimsuits, bikinis, board shorts, or rash guards). Denim, street clothes, undergarments, jackets, long skirts, and clothing with zippers, buttons, or buckles are strictly prohibited on slides.
• Height & Health Restrictions: Attractions carry minimum height requirements (typically 107 cm, 122 cm, or 140 cm). Children under 122 cm must be accompanied by a supervising adult on most rides. Thrill rides are not recommended for expectant mothers or guests with heart conditions.
• Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited, except for baby formula, baby food, or specialized dietary needs.
• Cashless Venue: Payment outlets inside the park accept contactless or digital card payments only.

• Non-Refundable: All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold, exchanged, or extended.
• Re-Entry: Same-day re-entry is permitted only with a valid handstamp and the original admission ticket verified upon exit.
• Bag Inspections: Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to perform bag checks at the park entrance for security and safety purposes.
• Child Policy: Children under 4 years of age enter free. Children aged 4 to 12 require a child ticket, and guests aged 13 and above require an adult ticket. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
