1. Overview
This website is operated by Luxury Tours & Travel Pte Ltd (UEN: 198501579M), a travel agent licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board (Licence No. TA00496). Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luxury Tours & Travel Pte Ltd, and “you” refers to anyone who visits our site or makes a purchase. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are booking for minors, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their guardian’s permission.

3. Our role
We sell cruise bookings and attraction tickets for experiences run by third-party operators, including Disney Cruise Line and attraction operators. We do not operate these cruises or attractions. Each experience is subject to the operator’s own terms and conditions, which you agree to when you purchase from us.

4. Bookings and ticket delivery
A booking is confirmed only when payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email from us. Tickets and booking details are sent to the email address you provide. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of purchase, or before your visit date if sooner, contact us.

5. Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for making sure all details you provide are correct, including guest names, dates, ticket types, and contact information. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details you provide.

6. Prices and payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time before you complete your purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Your bank or card issuer may charge extra fees, such as foreign transaction fees, which we are not responsible for.

7. Errors and our right to cancel orders
We work to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors can happen. We may cancel an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price, is no longer available from the operator, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method. If we cancel your order for any of these reasons, we will refund the amount you paid in full.

8. Cancellations and refunds
All sales are final. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Use of tickets
Tickets are for personal use only and are non-transferable. You may not resell, offer for resale, or use tickets for commercial purposes. Tickets that have been resold, copied, altered, or obtained fraudulently may be cancelled or refused at entry without refund.

10. Entry and boarding requirements
You are responsible for meeting the operator’s entry and boarding requirements, including valid identification and travel documents, age and height limits, health and safety rules, and arrival times. We are not responsible if you are refused entry or boarding for failing to meet these requirements.

11. Operator changes and events beyond our control
Operators may change schedules, itineraries, shows, rides, or activities, or cancel or close for reasons such as weather, safety, or operational issues. Any refund, rebooking, or compensation in these cases is decided by the operator under its own policies. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, strikes, or technical failures.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from the services provided by operators, or from your participation in any cruise or attraction. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.

13. Prohibited use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to make fraudulent bookings, to interfere with the site’s security or operation, or to collect information about other users.

14. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. Operator names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or use any content without permission.

15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We share your details with operators only as needed to fulfil your booking.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
