- The Jellyfish Kreisel: Get lost in a hypnotic, glow-in-the-dark forest of Moon Jellies in one of the world's largest circular habitats.

- Crowd Management: Peak hours are between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM; we recommend a morning or late afternoon visit for a quieter experience.
- Attire: The facility is fully air-conditioned and can be chilly; a light sweater is recommended.
- Sustainability: As a plastic-free zone, we encourage visitors to bring their own reusable water bottles (refill stations available).
- When more than 1 (one) QR code ticket is purchased, each guest should scan their respective unique QR code at the entrance.
- Singapore Oceanarium admission ticket is valid for re-entry only on the same date of visit. Please obtain a re-entry handstamp and keep your admission ticket.
- Tickets and vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
- Tickets are non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather.
- Void if altered.
